Locating and accessing Canada's critical minerals resources is essential for ensuring Canada's green energy transition and securing supply chains for the digital economy. This timely special collection reviews the state of geoscience knowledge on Canada's critical mineral resources, with a particular focus on communicating key concepts (e.g., deposit distribution, genetic models, exploration and mineral processing challenges and opportunities) to a general science audience that includes policy makers, industry, and community decision-makers.

New submissions welcome

This collection is currently open and will be continually updated with relevant articles published in FACETS. The submission deadline is December 31, 2024.
